Personal experience of care: My mother has been at XYZ nursing home for the last 15 months and has gone from being in low care to high care. I was assured by management that my mother would get double the care in high care. After 8 weeks I realise this was a complete lie. We URGENTLY need mandatory higher staff levels. |
